We're Hiring: Full Stack Hardware Developer – Embedded Systems & IoTWe are looking for a passionate and hands-on Full Stack Hardware Developer with strong experience in STM32, ESP32, and other microcontroller platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware development (C/C++), and hardware debugging.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and test hardware solutions using microcontrollers like STM, ESP, etc.• Develop and optimise firmware for real-time embedded applications.• Integrate sensors, actuators, wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa), and other peripherals.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, UI/UX) to build end-to-end products.• Support prototyping and transition to mass production.Must-Have Skills:✔️ Experience with STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or similar MCUs✔️ Strong understanding of embedded C/C++, RTOS, and serial communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C)✔️ Familiarity with hardware testing tools like oscilloscopes, logic analysers✔️ Ability to read and design schematics & PCBs (Altium/KiCad/others)Bonus:- Experience with OTA updates, low-power design, or industrial-grade IoT deployments - Familiarity with cloud platforms or mobile app integration - Experience in using Ai to enhance performance would be a plus
