Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team at Intellisolvers. This full-time, junior-level position is based in Delhi or Gurgaon, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic thinking to our social media platforms, helping us to expand our digital footprint and drive engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in , Social Media Management, and Google Ads (Mandatory skill).
- Hands on Experience in Content creation of different tools, like canva, other video and reel creation tools
- Hands-on experience with Hootsuite for scheduling and managing multiple social media accounts efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Social Media KPIs to measure success and optimize performance on various platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with influencers and build effective partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Creativity in content creation to produce engaging and original materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey messages both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences for strategic planning.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the social media landscape to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Work with influencers to create mutually beneficial collaborations that amplify brand messages and broaden reach.
- Stay updated with advancements in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
