Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and deliver training programs focused on both functional and behavioral skills. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and capabilities of our employees, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to our organization's Develop comprehensive training plans and materials for functional and behavioral training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and employee levels.

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics including technical skills, leadership development, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats (e.g., simulations, case studies, role-playing) to accommodate different learning styles and maximize knowledge retention.

- Administer Product Knowledge tests to assess employees' understanding of our products and services

- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and address specific skill gaps.

- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by delivering orientation and job-specific training Proven 3-4 years of experience as a Trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).

- Bachelor's degree.

- Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) will be a plus.
