Job Title: Risk Analytics head – Lending DomainExperience: 8-13+ years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in lending companies mandatory.About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analytics head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending risk analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a solid understanding of lending metrics. This role requires the ability to connect risks across the entire lending lifecycle—from sourcing and credit assessment to operations and collections.Key Responsibilities:- Analyse lending risk data using SQL and Excel to generate insights and support risk mitigation strategies. - Monitor and report on key lending risk metrics such as vintage curve, roll forward, STAB, bounces, and AUM-level delinquency (knowledge of these is a plus). - Identify patterns and trends across multiple risk areas including sourcing, credit evaluation, operations, and collections. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk frameworks and controls. - Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders. - Support risk assessment and policy formulation to optimize portfolio performance and minimize losses.Candidate Profile:- 8 + years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years in lending or fintech companies. - Strong command of SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques. - Good understanding of lending risk metrics (vintage curve, roll forward, STAB, bounces, delinquency) is desirable but not mandatory. - Ability to analyse and connect risks across sourcing, credit, operations, and collections functions. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and deliver actionable insights.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from a top engineering institute (IIT / NIT) is mandatory. - MBA or equivalent is preferred.Preferred Companies :Lending and Fintech companies.Skills:- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) - Familiarity with lending risk metrics and portfolio performance indicators - Strong analytical and problem-structuring abilities - Effective communication and presentation skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesTurno (Brand of Blubble Pvt Ltd) is an Electric Vehicle company that helps operators of commercial vehicles switch to EVs.
