Vyla strives to support creativity and empower designers while ensuring customers have access to inclusive and stylish fashion choices.Key ResponsibilitiesCataloguing & InventoryUpload and manage product listings as per VYLA’s cataloguing guidelinesEnsure accurate product details: pricing, sizing, color, fabric, care, and descriptionsEdit and correct brand-filled inventory and line sheetsMaintain consistency across categories and collectionsQuality Check (QC)Perform visual and data quality checks before products go liveFlag discrepancies in images, descriptions, pricing, or sizingEnsure listings meet VYLA’s frontend and brand standardsCoordinate with brands/internal teams for correctionsCategory & Occasion BannersCreate and manage banners for categories, collections, and occasionsAlign banners with VYLA’s brand tone and visual guidelinesEnsure correct sizing, placement, and clarity across devicesUpdate banners for drop-based launches and seasonal editsRequired SkillsExperience in e-commerce cataloguing or fashion marketplacesStrong attention to detail and quality orientationWorking knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsBasic understanding of image formats, banner dimensions, and visual hierarchyAbility to follow brand and cataloguing guidelines strictlyPrior exposure to fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products preferredWhy Join VYLA?Work with curated fashion and emerging brandsPlay a key role in shaping how customers experience the platformFast-growing startup with ownership and learning opportunitiesCreative + operational role with real impact
