The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modulesRequired Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience inSAP SuccessFactors Payroll(Employee Central Payroll). Strong knowledge ofpayroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing . Experience withintegration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules . Knowledge oflocal statutory compliance , taxes, and labor laws. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience inend-to-end payroll implementation projects Key Responsibilities: Leadimplementation, configuration, and supportof SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll). Configure payroll processes, schemas, rules, and infotypes according to business requirements. Ensurecompliance with statutory and local payroll regulationsin Singapore. Performintegration with Employee Central, Finance, Time Management, and other SAP/Non-SAP systems . Conductsystem testing, validation, and reconciliationof payroll runs. Troubleshoot payroll issues and provideend-to-end resolution . Preparefunctional specificationsfor custom enhancements and payroll reporting. Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes.
