Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead project planning, work breakdown, timeline definition, and milestone tracking for JDE integration initiatives.- Manage scope, resources, and dependencies across offshore development, QA, and DevOps teams.- Oversee daily Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, execution, and backlog grooming.- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation to leadership.- Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and governance materials to stakeholders.- Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular communication and checkpoints.- Act as day-to-day leader for the offshore team, ensuring productivity and accountability.- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client teams for scope and approach Qualifications:- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including 2+ years in ERP or system integration projects.- Strong knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and integration workflows.- Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.- Expertise in risk management, budgeting, change control, and reporting.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management Qualifications:- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.- Experience in retail, supply chain, or eCommerce ERP integrations.- Exposure to integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, AWS services).- Knowledge of enterprise governance models and executive reporting (ref:iimjobs.com)
