Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in Aruba solutions, including Aruba Central, Aruba Switches, Aruba Wireless, and ClearPass. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Aruba's network infrastructure and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage Aruba network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, and controllers.
  2. Aruba Central: Configure and manage Aruba Central, Aruba's cloud-based network management platform, to monitor and manage network devices, wireless access points, and switches.
  3. Network Security: Implement and manage ClearPass, Aruba's network access control solution, to secure network access and enforce security policies.
  4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues, including wireless connectivity problems, switch configuration issues, and network performance problems.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, designs, and implementation details.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network operations, security, and development teams, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Aruba solutions, including network configuration, security best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:Aruba Central
  • Aruba Switches (OS-9, OS-10)
  • Aruba Wireless (AP- series, Mobility Controllers)
  • ClearPass
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Network security (firewalls, VPNs, etc.)
  • Network management (SNMP, Syslog, etc.)
  • Experience:6+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Aruba solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on ClearPass
  • Experience with cloud-based network management platforms (Aruba Central)
  • Certifications:Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACME)
  • Aruba Certified Network Associate (ACNA)
  • Aruba Certified Security Associate (ACSA)
  • CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with SD-WAN solutions
  2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  3. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
