Pebble Ridge Capital Group (PRCG) is a commercial real estate firm specializing in self-storage and flex industrial warehouses. Our onshore and offshore teams are dedicated to managing property operations, customer service, marketing, and more, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing returns for our investors.

What you will do.

• Anything and everything to keep things moving—from making calls to creating pivot tables in Excel.
• Learn, learn, learn Discover what we do, how we do it, and how to improve. Did I say learn?
• Brainstorm content ideas around motivation, productivity, personal finance, real estate, etc. No limits
• Create engaging content for social media platforms. Minimum expectation: Appealing and interesting.

Non-Negotiables:

• Strong sense of ownership to execute tasks with minimal direction and deliver results.
• 5+ years of content writing or ghostwriting experience required.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CT, with reasonable overtime if required.

Rewards.

• Compensation: Starts at INR 100,000/month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Long-Term: In it to win it for the long haul. Not hiring for just a few months or years.
