We have an opening with us for the position of “Maintenance - Engineer” in our Ranjangaon Plant.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance include ensuring maintaining and improving equipment, machinery, and systems with manufacturing a product at GA India plant Works activity towards Maintenance target objectives in collaboration with commercials team . Job holders in this role may take responsibility for the improvement of components within all Maintenance process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

General and Task Management

• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance schedule preventive and predictive inspection and repair to minimize the breakdown.

• Perform breakdown maintenance diagnose problem and identify the spare requirement.

• Assist in Mechanical and Electrical breakdown in shopfloor machine and utilities.

• Perform Utility Maintenance as per plan.

• Control and monitor daily use of supply water, oil and electricity.

• Documents all maintenance activity.

Relationship Management

• Maintenance management principle that involves maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with an organization's stakeholders.

• Determine who your stakeholders are and what their relationship is to the organization.

• Identify and prioritize which stakeholder relationship dimensions need immediate attention. For example, prioritize according to the risk of non-compliance with customer requirements.

• Establish stakeholder relationships that balance short-term benefits with long-term goals.

• Establish cooperation with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders aimed at development and improvement.

• Building and maintaining positive connections with various stakeholders within a facility, including production teams, operations personnel, vendors, and sometimes even senior management, to ensure smooth communication

• Timely repairs, and efficient maintenance operations by effectively coordinating needs and addressing concerns related to equipment upkeep and potential.

Self-Management

• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally

• Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

• Commercially and financially aware with strong analytical skills

• Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others

• Highly numerate with the ability to research, assemble manage and manipulate numerical information

• Knowledge of estimating techniques with the ability to deliver against deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

• Process management skills.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Preventive maintenance.

Knowledge of Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with audit techniques and risk management processes

Knowledge of Knowledge of maintenance software and tools

Knowledge of safety regulations & statistical audits

Knowledge of different maintenance techniques

Education:

Graduation- Diploma or Degree Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Experience in Maintenance in a position equivalent to at least 3 to 5 years.
