Responsibilities :

- Lead complex business analysis projects, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.

- Develop and implement strategic business analysis frameworks and methodologies.

- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks.

- Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.

- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements using various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).

- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

- Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.

- Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Conduct root cause analysis and develop process optimization strategies.

- Implement and monitor process changes, ensuring successful adoption.

- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

- Conduct presentations and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support.

- Contribute to project planning and execution.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

- Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

- Ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in project planning and execution.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience with business analysis tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence, SQL).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
