Procurement Executive

The procurement department ensures smooth and efficient sourcing of services and goods

by managing purchase requests, approvals, and vendor relationships. We are looking for a

skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to handle various procurement

processes, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall process efficiency..

An accomplished Procurement Executive will be someone whose expertise translates into

optimized procurement processes.


Procurement Executive Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase requests for various categories, ensuring timely first responses and efficient handling of requests.

• Follow up on approval processes, track SLAs, and suggest improvements to streamline procurement policies and procedures.

• Assist in the implementation and adherence to procurement policies. • Support system evaluation and implementation efforts across various cross functional stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain a renewal calendar, notify contract owners, and initiate renewal alerts.

• Maintain and update the Vendor Master List with key vendor and contract information. • Assist with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and other key initiatives involving third parties.

• Take ownership of identified goals and support their completion within specified timelines.

• Collaborate with IT, FP&A, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Finance on regular tasks and mutual goals.

• Coordinate with internal AP and external vendors for payments and invoice-related. • Gather data, create spend reports, and provide analytical support.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and

analytical abilities.

• Proficiency or experience in managing software and services would be a big plus.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
