Job Title : DevOps DeveloperLocation : Hyderabad (Work from Office)Experience Preferred : 7- 10 YearsEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Summary :We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who has hands-on knowledge of InstallShield and focuses on automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle, emphasizing collaboration, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other automation tools.- Manage InstallShield packaging, scripting, and migrations to alternate tools (WIX Toolset, Advanced Installer, etc.) as required.- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Shell, or MS scripting languages.- Collaborate with development teams to integrate .NET Core applications with DevOps workflows.- Manage cloud deployments on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and availability.- Work with version control systems (SVN, Git) to manage code repositories and branching strategies.- Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Product) to support faster release cycles.- Explore, evaluate, and migrate InstallShield projects to modern packaging/installer solutions.- Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.- 7- 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering.- Strong expertise in InstallShield and InstallShield scripting language.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).- Proficiency in scripting (MS Scripting, Shell, PowerShell).- Solid experience with .NET Core, Visual Studio 2022.- Cloud experience with AWS & Azure.- Experience with installer packaging tools (WIX Toolset, Advanced Installer, InstallAware, Visual Studio Installer Projects).- Familiarity with version control systems (SVN, Git).- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Good to Have :- Experience in advanced DevOps tools and practices.- Knowledge of migration from InstallShield to alternate installer tools.- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
