Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to the Founder on business strategy across all parts of the business
  • Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, including market analysis
  • Assist with team building, hiring and mentoring to the wider business
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and the senior leadership team
  • Troubleshoot operational issues independently to align with strategic objectives
  • Build scalability to business processes.


Requirements

  • 2 to 6 years of experience
  • Someone passionate about Consumer brands
  • Someone passionate about joining a company on a 1 to 10 journey
  • Prior experience in consulting and in a corporate environment would be advantageous
  • Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
  • Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
