Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Analysis and Budgeting

  • Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting strategies.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, including monthly PL and variance analysis
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop financial models to assess the impact of various business decisions.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Maintain and forecast cash flow to support business operations.
  • Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement including close monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Payable and improving those metrics.

Working with business stakeholders :

  • Directly collaborate with business development stakeholders. Help with financial data points that they would require.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to help them with data linked visibility.
  • Team up on certain specific projects for the overall betterment of business

Compliance / Governance aspects :

  • Any regular support activities with the controllership-finance team
  • Managing audits, work with auditors as needed and implement improvement suggestions from the same.
