Principal BRM Developer

We are seeking skilled BRM Developers to join our team at Oracle, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of a leading industry player.

This intermediate consulting position involves working independently with some guidance to deliver high-quality work products that meet Oracle's methodologies and practices. As a BRM Developer, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications, exercising independent judgment within defined policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications
  • Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
  • Collaborate with project teams and customers to understand their needs and requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
  • Ability to travel as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of industry experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC with good domain knowledge on Telecom Industry and Business Support System
MANDATORY SKILLS
  • More than 3+ yrs of total experience working on Telecom domain on the configuration and release management of Oracle BSS product like BRM/ECE/PDC/OCOMC
  • Hands on experience on Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC configuration management tools such as GIT, SVN etc and policies
  • Good understanding on Branching, Merging releases, version control, posting releases to various environments including non-production and production environments
DESIRABLE FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Domain knowledge on Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service provider
  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting & communication skills
  • Should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies
