You will lead SAP projects and engagements, working closely with clients to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that optimize manufacturing and quality processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead client discussions to gather business requirements and provide SAP PP/QM solutions. Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/QM processes including demand planning, MRP, shop floor control, inspection planning, quality notifications, and audits. Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, rollouts, and support engagements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and best practices. Create functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and technical teams. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support UAT. Deliver end-user training and prepare comprehensive documentation. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, PM, etc.) for integrated solutions. Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, especially in regulated environments.Skills:SAP Certification in PP and/or QM. Industry expertise in Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, or Discrete Manufacturing. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, EWM, or MES integration is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.Education:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules. At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects as a functional consultant. Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and quality management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Deep integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.). Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
