Job Title:Senior Golang DeveloperLocation:Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Office) Experience:7+ Years CTC:₹1.8 to ₹1.9 Lakh per Month (Based on Experience) About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Golang Developerto join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus onGolang (Go)and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintainrobust, scalable, and high-performance microservicesusingGolang . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA to deliver quality software on time. Writeclean, efficient, and testable code , adhering to best coding practices and design patterns. IntegrateRESTful APIs , third-party services, and backend components. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute todeployment automation . Participate incode reviews, technical discussions , and mentor junior developers. Work within anAgile/Scrum environment , ensuring iterative and efficient delivery. Required Skills & Expertise:Strong proficiency inGolang (Go)with 5+ years of hands-on experience. Solid understanding ofmicroservices architecture, RESTful APIs , and distributed systems. Experience withconcurrency, caching, and performance tuningin Golang. Familiarity withDocker, Kubernetes , and containerized deployments. Experience working withSQL and NoSQL databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience withGit ,CI/CD tools , andcloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Knowledge ofmessage queues(Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience withhigh-traffic, low-latency backend systems . Familiarity withAPI Gateway, gRPC, or GraphQL . Exposure toDevOps and infrastructure automationtools. Prior experience inmentoring and technical leadership .
