Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FBA Specialist to join our team. The FBA Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon FBA accounts to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon's platform, FBA processes, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor FBA inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing storage fees and out-of-stock situations.
  2. Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, including keyword research, title optimization, and product categorization.
  3. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  4. Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including regular price adjustments and promotions.
  5. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to Amazon fulfillment centers.
  7. Stay updated on Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate any risks.
  8. Collaborate with other team members, including marketing and customer service, to drive overall business growth and success on Amazon.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts and optimizing sales performance.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing inventory and product listings.
  6. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools and software.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  8. Understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices, particularly within the Amazon marketplace.
  9. Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning is a plus.
