Role - Project Coordinator
Location - Gurgaon Sec 34
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, communication, and delivery of enrolment, career services, student services, learning and development, and quality projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects remain on track for completion in support of strategic objectives. Projects will be varied.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Project Planning: In partnership with leadership and key stakeholders, develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with other Project Coordinators and Project Managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Through established and regular review, ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements identified by leadership.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones achieved.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field/ or commensurate work experience.
- 2+ years of project coordination/management experience, preferably in the edtech, sales, or training sector.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to gather meaningful information to inform project completion
