Job Description:

· Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development

· Proficiency in ServiceNow's Automation Engine capabilities like Integration Hub, Flow Designer, RPA Hub, Process Mining, Automation Center, and Document Intelligence.

· Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.

· Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

· Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON) and web services (REST/SOAP APIs).

· Familiarity with database management and SQL. Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects from inception to deployment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.

· Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

· Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
