Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned SIOP Analyst with a background in software engineering and a strong understanding of supply chain digital transformation. This role involves working independently on moderately complex control and diagnostic systems, conducting tests, debugging, and analyzing system capabilities to align with end-user needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and digital product capabilities, with a hands-on approach to solution design.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct requirements gathering, business process understanding, and end-to-end SIOP process mapping.

- Translate and refine functional requirements for IT Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

- Actively contribute to SIOP solution blueprint with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset.

- Support integration of digital tools with ERP and other enterprise systems.

- Connect business needs with available digital product functionalities.

- Oversee development and delivery of system training for end users.

Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital projects within the supply chain domain.

- At least 1+ year of experience implementing or supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies in product implementation.

- Preferred: 1+ year in a Business Analyst or Product Specialist role.

- Deep understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, and forecasting.

- Hands-on experience with SIOP/S&OP processes, preferably in OEM environments.

- Proficiency in Kinaxis SIOP tools and other planning platforms.

- Strong grasp of Agile, SCRUM methodologies.

- Experience working within complex, multi-ERP environments.

- Exposure to product innovation and product delivery life-cycles.

- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Miro, Microsoft Project, or equivalents
