Job Description :


As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance our organization's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, develop custom features using Lightning Web Components (LWC), and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and other applications using APIs and other integration tools.

- Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet the specific needs of users and business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and troubleshooting Apex, LWC, and integration-related issues.

- Follow best practices in Salesforce development, including testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Stay current with new Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the Salesforce environment.

- Provide support for Salesforce users, helping them leverage the platform effectively.

Requirements :

- 1 to 2 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration, including the use of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security model.

- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for creating responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

- Solid knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, such as Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or other version control systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) is a plus.

- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud) is beneficial.
