Role : Zoho Developer

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party services and platforms using APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and workflows.

- Maintain and optimize existing Zoho implementations for better performance and user experience.

- Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions, processes, and user guides.

- Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and best practices to ensure effective application usage.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with a strong understanding of Zoho CRM and other Zoho products.

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho Books.

- Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Knowledge of SQL and database management.

- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM) are a plus.
