About the Role :

We are looking for a sales associate for our premium admissions team.

The charter for this role will include:

  • Meet Allotted Sales/Revenue Targets.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.
  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
  • Report & Data Management
  • Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
  • Pipeline forecast & Management
  • Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors


Ideal Persona would:

  • The candidate should be from overseas industry (Mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of sales for 1 year+ in premium admissions.
  • Sound Understanding of various courses, eligibility criteria, career options across various disciplines (Germany would be preferred)
  • Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
  • Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
  • Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
