Oracle EBS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional/Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a focus on providing functional or technical consulting services to ensure the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS modules for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Role:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to configure Oracle EBS modules (such as Finance, Procurement, HRMS, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Provide solutions and recommendations to optimize Oracle EBS functionality.
• Work closely with business users to understand business processes and map them into Oracle EBS functionality.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Perform system configuration, setups, and data migration.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
• Ensure that best practices are followed in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions.

Technical Role:

• Develop and implement customizations, reports, and interfaces within Oracle EBS.
• Work on Oracle EBS modules and related technologies (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, Workflow, etc.).
• Design and implement technical solutions for integration with third-party systems.
• Provide technical support in Oracle EBS environments, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Perform data migrations and conversions using Oracle tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to design and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimize the application for better efficiency.
