Role : Business AnalystExperience : 4+ yearsLocation : Hyderabad(WFO)Notice Period : Immediate 15 daysKey Responsibilities :- Requirements & Documentation- Gather, document, and update business and technical requirements.- Maintain traceability between JIRA stories, PRs, and test cases.- Own preparation of weekly QA and milestone reports.- Agile Practices Support- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and story refinement.- Ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and support developers/reviewers in maintaining Definition of Done (DoD).- Track sprint-level commitments, update Planner/JIRA dashboards, and highlight gaps.- Process & Governance Alignment- Consolidate review documents and artifacts (DoR, DoD, Review docs) for submission to Qualcomm.- Assist in monitoring recurring hygiene issues and documenting corrective actions.- Prepare MoMs, action logs, and risk/issue trackers aligned to PMIs five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing).- Reporting & Stakeholder Support- Draft and circulate concise weekly updates (QA, milestones, resourcing).- Monitor tracking sheets.Key Skills/Experience :- 4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile + hybrid delivery environments.- Strong in documentation, reporting, and tooling (JIRA, MS Planner, Teams, Confluence, Excel/Power BI).- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and PMI process frameworks.- Excellent written communication (stakeholder-facing decks/reports).- Ability to work across distributed dev/QA teams and ensure alignment.
