Job Title: PEGA Support EngineerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Pune and GurugramWork regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)Role Purpose:Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver L2/L3 support for Pega-based systems, including: - Code investigation and defect resolution. - Source code management and version control. - Incident handling and service request fulfilment. - System restoration and recovery after failures. - Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds. - Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency. - Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture. - Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.A little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
