With 6800+ creators and 100,000+ customers and vision of growing by 4x in an year we are expanding our team & looking for experienced professionals to join our technical & creative teams based in Mumbai.


We're looking for a Performance Marketer Lead & SEO Expert with a very strong digital marketing and SEO background.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategise, lead, execute, and manage campaigns across multiple paid platforms, including Google and .
  • Collaborate with creative and business teams to implement performance marketing strategies.
  • Provide monthly performance marketing reports.
  • SEO management.
  • Work in advance for the upcoming campaigns and achieve weekly targets in terms of ROAS, conversions & leading product categories.
  • Lead the website landing pages and banner changes as per the campaigns planned.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of ad channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google and .
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Expertise with google sheets and various digital marketing & SEO tools.
  • Proficient in SEO strategies and implementation
  • Expertise in managing website notifications
  • Skilled in crafting and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, , Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Proven track record of achieving a minimum 4x ROAS through effective meta strategies
  • Experienced in conducting website audits and utilizing SEO tools
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in staying updated on startups, e-commerce, and influencer-related tools through platforms like YourStory and other relevant blogs
