What Youll Do :

As a Senior AI/Data Scientist, youll design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve high-impact business problems across BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Youll work hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, predictive modeling, and enterprise data systems to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Develop Gen AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, SLMs, TLMs (online/offline).

- Design agentic AI workflows using Lang Graph, Crew AI, etc.

- Build NLP and machine learning models for structured & unstructured data.

- Use RAG and vector databases to connect enterprise knowledge systems.

- Deliver predictive insights and embedded analytics in real-time business systems.

- Solve complex business challenges using optimization, forecasting, and experimentation.

What You Bring :

- 35 years in Data Science or AI roles, with real-world deployments.

- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Utilities.

- Strong Python skills with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow.

- Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, NLP, and scalable ML systems.

- Experience with time-series models, A/B testing, Bayesian stats.

- Skilled in working with structured and unstructured data.

- Familiarity with cloud ML tools (Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI).

- Visualization skills (Matplotlib, Plotly; Power BI is a plus).
