We have opening for position Pega LSA

Years of experience : 6 years to 10 Years

Location :Bangalore


Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  2. Design and develop Pega applications using Pega 8.x platform.
  3. Customize and configure Pega workflows, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and rulesets.
  4. Implement Pega best practices and ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails.
  5. Collaborate with testing teams to develop and execute test plans and scenarios.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in Pega applications.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during application deployment and post-production support.


Requirements:

  1. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega application development, configuration, and deployment.
  3. Strong knowledge of Pega 7.x/8.x platform, including Case Management, Data Modeling, User Interface development, Integration Services, and Decision Rules.
  4. Proficient in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) architecture and frameworks.
  5. Experience in Pega Guardrails compliance and code quality.
  6. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
  10. Knowledge of Pega Integration Services, such as SOAP, REST, complex document generation Utils.
  11. Experience with Pega PRPC upgrades and migrations.
