The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies on the backend, strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, and solid experience in developing and deploying solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.This role requires a developer who can design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to build cutting-edge solutions that power business growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities : Application Design & Development : - Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.System Architecture : - Contribute to the architectural design of complex applications, ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with industry best practices.API Development & Integration : - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.Cloud Development : - Work extensively with Microsoft Azure for application deployment, monitoring, and management. Leverage Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps pipelines.Performance Optimization : - Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and efficiency of applications through code optimization, caching, and best-in-class design principles.Collaboration & Agile Practices : - Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.Version Control & CI/CD : - Manage code repositories using Git and support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.Security & Compliance : - Implement best practices for application security, including input validation, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards.Documentation & Code Quality : - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and practices.Innovation & Learning : - Stay up to date with the latest developments in .NET, frontend frameworks, and Azure cloud technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, or libraries that enhance productivity and software quality.Required Qualifications : Education : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : - Minimum of 68 years of experience in full stack web development, with at least 3+ years in a similar role involving .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks.Backend Expertise : - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.- Experience building scalable APIs and backend services.Frontend Expertise : - Hands-on experience with Angular (v9 or above) and/or React.js.- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.- Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx, Redux) and UI component libraries (Material UI, Bootstrap).Database Skills : - Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is an added advantage.Cloud Skills (Azure) : - Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and ARM templates.- Experience in cloud-native application design, deployment automation, and monitoring.DevOps & Tools : - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps Repos.- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.Other Skills : - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Jest, etc.).- Experience integrating with third-party APIs or enterprise systems.Soft Skills & Attributes : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.- Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior developers.- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) : - Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate or similar certifications.- Experience with microservices architecture or event-driven design.- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with automated testing and performance profiling tools.- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure Boards.
