Job Summary: We are seeking a seasonedSalesforce Solution Architectwith deep expertise inExperience Cloud (Community Cloud) , along with strong functional and technical knowledge acrossSales CloudandService Cloud . The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that deliver exceptional customer, partner, and employee experiences. This role requires a blend ofstrategic vision, technical depth, and leadershipin Salesforce architecture and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implementend-to-end Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including complex portals for customers, partners, or employees. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions leveraging best practices and platform capabilities. Providetechnical leadershipto developers and administrators across multiple Salesforce orgs and projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define solution roadmaps and implementation strategies. Design scalable and secure architecture patterns integrating Experience Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems via APIs, middleware, or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft). Define and enforcegovernance, coding standards, and architectural guidelines . Conducttechnical reviews , oversee solution design documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Lead workshops, design sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams and business partners. Stay current on new Salesforce releases, capabilities, and Experience Cloud innovations. Support pre-sales or proposal activities by providing architectural expertise and estimations when needed. Required Skills & Experience: 10–15 yearsof overall IT experience, with7+ years in Salesforcesolution design and architecture. Proven experience inExperience Cloudimplementation for large-scale customer/partner portals. Strong understanding ofSales Cloud ,Service Cloud , andPlatform capabilities . Hands-on expertise with: Lightning Web Components (LWC)&Aura Components Apex ,Visualforce ,SOQL/SOSL ,Flows , andOmniScripts Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules In-depth knowledge ofExperience Builder ,Site Configuration ,Themes & Branding , andLogin & Access Managementin Experience Cloud. Experience designing and implementingintegration architectures(REST/SOAP APIs, Single Sign-On, Identity Management, etc.). Strong understanding ofSalesforce DevOps , version control, and CI/CD best practices. Ability to work with bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders , translating business needs into scalable solutions. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure toOmniStudio ,Salesforce CMS ,Einstein Bots , orKnowledge Management . Experience working withmulti-cloudenvironments ormulti-orgstrategies. Familiarity withMuleSoft ,Heroku , or other middleware/integration platforms. Background inAgile/Scrummethodologies. Certifications (Highly Preferred): SalesforceCertified Application ArchitectorSystem Architect SalesforceCertified Experience Cloud Consultant SalesforceCertified Platform Developer I / II SalesforceIntegration ArchitectorData Architectcertifications Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
