Floral Stylist

Foglia D'Oro, House of Floral Design, crafts made-to-order floral installations and designs with premium Dutch flowers — fresh, dried, and preserved. Our work goes beyond floristry: every creation is a sculptural art installation, where nature and design meet at their most refined.

This role combines luxury client service with floral artistry. You will represent Foglia D'Oro to walk-in clients, high-profile customers, and event partners — ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and elevated. Alongside, you will style and curate floral designs that showcase our sculptural approach, creating unforgettable visual experiences.

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage clients at the boutique with professionalism and warmth.
• Consult with walk-in and private clients on floral needs (retail, gifting, décor, events).
• Guide customers through custom-made options in fresh, dried, and preserved flowers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with prompt, polished responses.
• Ensure every order — from bouquet to large installation — is executed and delivered seamlessly.
• Support store events, festive activations, and collaborations to build brand awareness.

Floral Styling & Design

• Design and style bouquets, arrangements, and installations aligned with Foglia D'Oro's aesthetic.
• Work closely with the Creative Director on event styling and store merchandising.
• Keep displays fresh, artistic, and aligned with brand standards.
• Experiment with combinations of fresh, dried, and preserved flowers to create new concepts.
• Assist in festive décor and installations for weddings, retail spaces, and lifestyle events.
  

• 2–3 years of experience in floristry, luxury retail, or hospitality.
• Strong sense of design, styling, and visual presentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada or Hindi a plus).
• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities — from styling to customer care.
• Flexible to work on weekends, festive seasons, and during event installations.
