About the role :- This is a HANDS-ON role with a passion for understanding problems & opportunities, envisioning solutions, designing & developing end-to-end automations with Blue Prism RPA platform and VBA. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience in the RPA domain.- The role is 70% focused on new projects and 30% on providing production :- A university (4-year) bachelors degree in computer science is a must-have.- Any scripting knowledge is added an advantage- Having Blue Prism Professional Developer certification is added an Experience haves :- Must have a minimum of 3years in VBA development and MS SQL.- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years developing and deploying botbased automations using latest version of the Blue Prism platform.- Must have a minimum experience of 1 years performing Blue Prism administrative tasks like user management, scheduling, monitoring resources & capacity, resolving exceptions & issues, and moving packages across different environments.- Must have the technological curiosity and skill to convert a business problem to a technical problem from an Automation to have :- Prior experience with Power Automate, Power pages and Dataverse is a :- Work with the business leaders to analyze and understand the current state of the business processes, identify solutions for the TO-BE state.- Develop the TO-BE design that addresses the core needs adhering to the Blue Prism design principles & conventions.- Unit test and UAT support- Track issues, bugs and fix them in a timely fashion.- Monitor, refine & improve processes and workflows based on customer feedback.- Create and maintain automation related documentation like PDD, SDD, Factors :- Be a relentless voice for the customer within the development and operations team and constantly look for ways to improve customer experience.- Inquisitive mind, not afraid to ask questions and express opinions for the betterment ofthe operations.- Have a pleasant, outgoing attitude with a passion to build strong relations with internaland external customers.- Self-driven, motivated self-starter and not requiring day-to-day micromanagement.- Critical thinking, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude- Possess fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills.- Be able to clearly articulate the - what, why, when, where, who and how.- Be able to function in an environment where the team is virtual and (ref:hirist.tech)
