Employment Details:

  • Job Type: Permanent (Onsite)
  • Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
  • Shift Timing:
  • Night Shift (6 pm – 3 am IST) – ONSITE
  • Monday – Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off days)
  • Salary: Competitive As Per Industry Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
  • Implement various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks), internal database, and referrals.
  • Understand technical requirements of various positions, conduct research as needed, and submit consultants' profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
  • Develop relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region.
  • Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.

  • The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
  • Will work night shifts.
