You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances.ResponsibilitiesPerformquantity take-offsby analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs Prepare and submitRA/Progress billsaligned with site execution Verifycontractor/sub-contractor billswith technical and financial accuracy Conductmaterial consumption tracking & reconciliationvs. theoretical usage Identifyextra / non-schedule itemsand prepare competitive rate analysis Maintain complete billing documentation: measurement sheets, logs & reports Conductsite inspectionsfor measurement validation Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals Providemonthly reportson billing progress, cost utilization & variancesWhat You’ll NeedDegree/Diploma inElectrical Engineeringor relevant field Minimum2 yearsexperience in billing for electrical works Strong understanding ofBOQ, RA Bills & construction billing standards Ability to interpret electrical drawings & technical specs Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement/billing software Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination abilitiesPreferred SkillsKnowledge ofmaterial standards & IS codes Hands-on experience with site measurement & audits Familiarity with cost control & estimationpractices Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
