About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead with 6+ years of experience in software development, hands-on expertise in the MERN stack, and a proven track record in cloud architecture and building scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, and leadership experience mentoring and managing teams for at least 2 years. The role also requires a hands-on approach to coding and Responsibilities :


- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.


- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).


- Design and implement cloud-native architectures with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployment processes.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.


- Act as a hands-on coder, contributing to key development tasks and ensuring high-quality code standards are maintained.


- Continuously review and improve system architecture and processes to enhance scalability and performance.


- Manage code reviews, sprint planning, and team performance evaluations.


- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices to implement innovative :


- 6+ years of professional experience in software development with the MERN stack.


- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring teams.


- Strong architectural knowledge with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.


- Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.


- Hands-on coding experience with expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.


- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for writing clean and efficient code.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice to Have :


- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


- Experience with microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems.


- Knowledge of DevOps practices and security best practices.
