Description : Responsibilities : - Full Stack Development : Design, build, and maintain front-end features using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Develop backend APIs and services using Python (Django/FastAPI) or Node.js . Integrate and optimize databases and cloud services.- Architecture and Code Quality : Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack. Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce engineering best practices. Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation.- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive features. Participate in planning sessions and contribute to the product development lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.- Testing and Deployment : Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Monitor production environments and proactively address issues.- Innovation and Optimization : Continuously identify areas for performance and UX improvement. Explore emerging tools and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends.- Team Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field; certifications are a plus.- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, particularly in financial technology or similar regulated industries.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web development practices.- Experience building responsive and accessible UIs.- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring junior developers.- Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git) and Agile methodologies.- Bonus : Experience with LLMs or AI-based tooling.Strong experience in : - Front-end : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS3- Back-end : Python (Django/FastAPI) or Node.js .- Database : PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar).- Cloud : AWS, GCP, or Azure.
