Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, induction sessions.Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.Assist in background verification and reference checks.3.
Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.Maintain updated HR policies and ensure employees are informed of changes.Assist in internal and external HR audits.Support the implementation of workplace safety policies.4.
HR Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical).Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.Manage HR databases and update employee details regularly.Assist in audits and inspections by ensuring proper documentation.5.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Assist in handling employee grievances and escalate as necessary.Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback for improving workplace culture.6.
Exit Process & Offboarding:
Assist in employee resignation and termination procedures.Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.Ensure clearance of company assets, final settlements, and documentation.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.Strong knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
