Location : Open for both Bangalore and Pune (Hybrid - 3days in a week at office

Shift Timing : US Hours - 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (might change as per daylight saving)

Project Overview :

EUC - End User Computing environment is key to the success of Norther Trust.

In this project we are seeking an SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Intune Administrator who is a specialist and who manages & maintains an organization's IT infrastructure, using Microsoft's SCCM & Intune software to deploy applications, manage updates, and ensure all networked devices are secure and properly configured.

This role is critical for the efficiency and security of enterprise IT environments.

Contractors Role :

Northern Trust is seeking a well-versed engineer with experience supporting Windows and OSX technologies to join the End User Computing area within the Digital Workplace Technology organization.

The ideal candidate is an expert IT end user engineer who has proven experience designing, developing, integrating/implementing, and maintaining standards for an end user delivery model with a thorough understanding of the supporting technologies.

As an engineer within the End User Computing team, this role will include meeting both engineering and project activities over a landscape of technologies.

Experience Level : Senior - 7+ years.

Qualifications : BE or any bachelors degree with relevant :

- Architecting, deploying, and supporting Modern Management platforms which includes Intune hybrid joined devices, Windows Autopilot and Intune EPM.

As well as JAMF cloud MDM for the Apple ecosystem.

- Architecting, deploying, and supporting legacy integrated infrastructures to include SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, WSUS, and Co-management workflows.

- Ensures the highest level of security and availability of associated systems, applications, and infrastructure through alignment to STIG/CIS guidelines, maintaining practices/processes for monitoring, alerting and remediating noncompliance and/or vulnerabilities, identifying trends and assess opportunities to improve capabilities, processes, and execution to meet changing needs and requirements of a vigorous enterprise support model.

- Manage evaluation, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of the infrastructure and related software products in support of a multi-client, multi-vendor systems software/hardware environment (i.e., laptops, desktops, iMacs, MacBook's, Mac Pro)

- Provides technical analysis of requirements necessary for the protection of all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems.

- Apply expertise across all aspects of the end user service design framework to deliver a superior experience that is scalable, sustainable, supportable, and aligned to future state.

- Ensure compliance for controls, standards, device posture, MFA, detailed infrastructure solutions/repeatable patterns (build-kits) for non-production and production environments, transitioning knowledge to infrastructure operations, and other various levels of global technical support.

- May act as Project Leader and/or serve as an expert resource/point of contact within the group for partner, committee, or management interactions.

Must Have Skills :

- Overall 10+ years

Relevant 7+ years of Industry experience

- 6-7 years engineering experience with

- Infrastructure design, architecture, setup, implementation, transition, and maintenance of onprem, cloud and hybrid cloud enterprise infrastructure and support model implementations on related platforms

- Management points/Site servers, Distribution points, WSUS and patch management via SCCM - Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment,

- Windows patching, hardware specs, device management, policy creation/mgmt.,

- Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, and supporting technologies, e.g., AD/GPO/Azure cloud integration, authentication, LAN, WAN, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, peripherals, packaging, PowerShell/ ZSH / Bash scripting, etc.

Nice to Have :

- Related technology certifications a plus : e.g., ITIL certifications, engineering certifications

- ITSM model (Service Now integrations a plus)

Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (LAPS, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X)

- Designing and implementation for on-prem and/or cloud instances of the JAMF MDM and supporting the MAC OSX configuration profiles and standards.

- Support the various application teams in their integrations or adoption of JAMF based applications for macOS by providing guidance to internal application packaging resources

- Apple device management and compliance and related technologies/components including but not limited to Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP.

- M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMS, Sentinel Kusto queries) - Microsoft Windows 11 Security and Management (BitLocker, Device Guard, Credential Guard) - Global technology experience working with various towers and teams.

- Experience with maturing operations and engineering processes, documentation, monitoring capabilities and queue workflow.

- A self-starter with a passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges, prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis/troubleshooting & providing exceptional customer service.

- Strong adaptation skills including the ability to communication at all levels, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with partners, vendors, IT and operational leaders
