We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our friendly and talented team on a permanent basis. You will need to have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a talent for understanding complex business logic.

Responsibilities :


Will be two-fold, firstly working with client to understand and document their requirements and secondly to support the development of internal seamless omni process for continued customer engagement from first discussions to requirement gathering to sign off to project management to invoicing.

- Experience as a Business Analyst on development projects

- Good experience on working on Agile projects

- Experience on working as Product Owner

- Strong expertise on requirement gathering analysis and documentation (FSD / SRS)

- Ability to understand complex requirements and break them into features and document them clearly for consumption by developers and testers

- Good understanding of system engineering concepts

- Ability to develop business case modelling techniques and methods

- Ability to build conceptual mock-ups wireframes

- Expertise on business process modelling traceability quality management techniques

- Working with stakeholders to manage scope and ensure prioritized product backlog is refined periodically to align with customer priorities

- Proven analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with working on ticketing tools like JIRA

- Technical background is a benefit
