Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONRole Expectations: Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainautomated test frameworksand scripts for web, API, and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases. Identify, document, and trackdefectsandtest coverageusing test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Participate incode reviewsand contribute to test strategy, planning, and risk analysis. Performintegration, regression, and performance testingas part of CI/CD pipelines. Continuously evaluate and recommendnew automation tools and technologiesto improve testing efficiency. Develop and maintaintest documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experiencein QA automation and software testing. Strong programming/scripting experience inJava, Python, or JavaScript. Expertise inautomation toolssuch asSelenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. Hands-on experience withAPI testing tools(e.g., Postman, REST Assured, Karate). Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesusing Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools. Strong understanding ofSDLC,STLC, andAgile methodologies. Experience withversion control systems(Git, Bitbucket). Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
