The ideal candidate will have strong experience deliveringData EngineeringorFull Stack Developmentprojects in theBFSI sector , managing teams of50–100 professionalsacross multiple locations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Own and manageend-to-end deliveryof projects in theCapital Marketsvertical within the BFSI domain. Oversee alarge team (50–100 members)consisting of project managers, tech leads, developers, and QA engineers. Driveproject governance , ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality-focused delivery. Partner closely withclient stakeholdersand internal leadership teams to align delivery with strategic goals. ManageData EngineeringorFull Stackinitiatives leveraging modern technologies (Azure, Databricks, Spark, Python, Java, .NET, React, etc.). Implementagile delivery frameworksand ensure consistent adherence to best practices across programs. Monitorfinancial performance , including project budgets, forecasts, margins, and utilization. Proactively identify delivery risks and developmitigation strategies . Drivetalent development , mentoring, and capability building within the delivery team. Collaborate with pre-sales and account teams forsolutioning and proposal supportin upcoming opportunities. Ensure compliance withinformation security ,data governance , andregulatory requirementswithin BFSI engagements.Required Skills & Experience: 15–18 years of total experience , withminimum 6–8 yearsinCapital Markets / BFSI domain . Proven success managingData Engineering ,Data Analytics , orFull Stack Developmentprograms. Strong understanding ofCapital Market processes(trading, settlements, risk, compliance, reference data). Hands-on experience or oversight in technologies such asAzure, Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, Java, .NET, React, SQL . Demonstrated ability to managelarge distributed teams (50–100 members) . Strong track record inclient relationship management ,program governance , anddelivery transformation . Deep understanding ofSDLC ,Agile , andDevOpspractices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification. Prior experience withglobal investment banking ,asset management , orfinancial servicesclients. Exposure tocloud migration ,data modernization , ordigital transformationinitiatives.Key Attributes: Strong business acumen inCapital Markets . Ability to lead with influence and build high-performing teams. Strategic mindset with operational excellence.
