Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Manager to lead our ecommerce team.

This role involves driving strategic initiatives for online sales growth, ensuring profitability, and optimizing content strategy and technical SEO.

As the Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining profit margins, and enhancing the overall online customer Leadership:

- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Provide strategic direction to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address areas for and Marketing:

- Develop and execute effective e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling online campaigns and Experience:

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire e-commerce journey.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in customer and Platform Management:

- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.

- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the e-commerce platform for performance, security, and user and Supply Chain Management:

- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and order fulfillment.

- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and overstock Management:

- Manage the financial performance of the e-commerce business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

- Analyze sales data and financial reports to make data-driven Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing e-commerce team.
