GM - SCM & Engineering Medical Technologies, the MedTech business division of REFEX group offers devices, technologies and services in radiology and patient care management space. Currently, 3i MedTech offer radiology equipment such as Digital Radiography system, HF X-ray, C-Arm, High Res DICOM images viewing monitors, X-ray film digitizer, Robotic CD/DVD publisher, CD/DVD DICOM images importer, DICOM image distribution technology, Point-Of-Care x-ray. The clients are high profile corporate as well as private and Government healthcare providers across the country.
Position Summary:
Role will involve optimizing value of medical imaging products through the integration of design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Will be responsible for evaluating the company's products and processes, identifying areas where value can be added, and implementing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and performance.
Roles:
1. Conduct value analysis studies to identify Aesthetic, value engineering and cost savings opportunities across the product life cycle, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain.
2. Leading product design reviews and identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and value enhancement.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify best practices and industry trends and identify opportunities to implement and execute them.
4. Develop and manage supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve product availability, while maintaining quality standards and minimizing costs.
6. Manage supplier relationships, including selection, qualification, performance monitoring, and contract negotiation, to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply of materials and components.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, and regulatory, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with company goals and objectives.
8. Develop and implement processes and systems to support supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
9. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and lead times, and implement improvements as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, CE and other applicable requirements.
11. Communicating with key stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers, to ensure alignment and buy-in on value engineering initiatives.
12. Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations, and work to minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and distributors, to ensure that the company has access to the necessary resources to support supply chain operations.
14. Strategic planning & budgeting.
15. Ability to use data to track orders & shipments.
16. Ensure timely delivery of products.
17. Monitoring and documenting everyday activities.
