(Fill the details) • Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX. • Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.Eligibility:• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsKey Responsibilities:• Be focused on processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements. • Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments. • Maintain track of Payments made and “Fallouts”. • Handling “Fallouts” diligently and taking them to logical closures. • Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders – Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal. • Adhering to company policies and regulations. • Responding to employee queries with TAT. • Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness. • Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates. • Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance. • Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements. • Diligently attend to escalation • Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices • Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources • Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.Main Skills:"HR Operations expertise, SAP & Excel Knowledge, Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills Managing customer stakeholders directly Experience in designing the processes with tech supports"Work Experience:1-10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.Technical Experience:• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
