- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management and Agile coaching.

- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.).

- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
