  • Knowledge or experience of Biometric and CCTV management.
  • Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience as System Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.)
  • Knowledge & Experience Windows Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server.
  • Knowledge & Experience of any Remote Monitoring tool like SCCM, Intune, Kaseya VSA, Automate.
  • Knowledge of Networking like LAN, WAN, VLANs, Firewall, OSI and TCP/IP model.
  • Knowledge & Experience various endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike, Zscaler, etc.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Should be able to work in 24*7 Environment.
  • BSc/BCA/MCA/B-Tech/M-Tech in IT/Computer Science or relevant field from a recognized Institutions.
  • Any professional certification will be add-on (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, Azure, AWS)
  • 5+ years of experience in server administration or data center operations
