The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in delivery frameworks, risk management, and data-driven process improvement, with a proven ability to elevate delivery standards across large-scale, multi-account environments.Key Responsibilities:- Champion the Delivery Excellence charter and ensure consistent implementation across business units. - Design, implement, and institutionalize delivery governance and quality frameworks to drive operational efficiency and compliance. - Lead maturity uplift initiatives across accounts, focusing on process standardization and continuous improvement. - Drive data-driven analytics and insights to enhance delivery performance and predictability. - Partner with delivery leadership to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and improve service quality. - Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement practices across teams to strengthen delivery capabilities. - Enable performance measurement and reporting frameworks to support management decision-making.Must-Have Skills:- Strong expertise in delivery governance, quality management, and risk frameworks. - Proven experience in process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies. - Ability to manage large-scale, multi-account environments with diverse delivery models. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven performance measurement and insights generation. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
